Knock Quick Start Guide
Set up your profile
- Add your custom photo and contact information, found in your “Account” tab.
- Create your custom signature in your “Toolbox”, under “templates”.
- Customize your property information by adding photos, amenities, and detailed descriptions
Daily activity
- Open Knock in Google Chrome
- Clear your to-do list items each day to aim for 100% engagement .
- Enter your prospect data in real-time as you are working with the lead, assigning the m to their prospective agent.
- Turn on “Notifications” in Knock, by clicking the “Bell” icon in the top left corner. This will inform you when new activity appears in your inbox.
- Complete all appointments with the status of the tour, and any units that were shown.
Calendar & follow up
- If you are out of the office, or have upcoming meetings, be sure to block off your calendar with Busy Times.
- Review the calendar as tours populate, to stay up to date on upcoming activity.
- Set Quick Replies for follow-up and contact types to help expedite your work day.
- Leads will reappear on your to-do list every 48 hours.
